Who speaks at SCAPR luncheons?
Targeted speakers are Senior Government and Military officials responsible for Civil and National Security Space activities. Recent SCAPR speakers have included the SMC Commander, Vice Commander, Executive Director, Wing Commanders, leadership from SPAWAR, JPL, AFRL, and other national security space programs. Most speakers will be AF SMC program directors (currently denoted as Wing and Group Commanders), with occasional speakers from policy, requirements, programs and budget offices in HQ AFSpace Command and HQ AF, Wash., DC.
